Luisa Zapata

Born and raised in Brooklyn, I bring a lifelong connection to the city and a genuine passion for helping people find their place in it — or move on from it with confidence. After over seven years in corporate TV and digital advertising sales, I transitioned into real estate to focus on work that feels more personal and impactful.

I bring a strong background in negotiation, client service, and marketing, along with a genuine love for homes and their unique charm. I approach every interaction with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Helping people through major life decisions is something I take pride in.

Now part of the Revived Residential team, I'm proud to serve clients with the support of a dynamic and experienced group behind me. I live in Bay Ridge with my fiancé Rob, and our puppy and love calling this neighborhood home.
