159-13 98th Street Building

Welcome to 159-13 98th St in Old Howard Beach! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath has been completely remodeled and the space maximized to its full potential. You will be ABSOLUTLY amazed how this house has been transformed. Upon entering you'll immediately be impressed with how spacious the home is with an open floor plan. Beautiful tile flooring, ductless AC/Heat units, electric fireplace, an open kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances throughout and a bonus 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen to finish off the first floor. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a full remodeled bathroom that unlike most homes this size contains a tub and separate glass enclosed shower stall. Next the attic has been made into a usable space that is perfect for a children's playroom and is currently used as such. Finally you'll make your way to the fully finished basement. Currently used as a mother daughter it contains a separate entrance, bedroom and full bathroom. The property is anchored by a private driveway big enough to fit 4 cars but with plenty of street parking the driveway is just a bonus. The backyard is comprised of a new Trex deck and an area big enough to complete your dream home with a pool or hot tub. Priced perfectly, we don't expect this home to be around to long. As always, brokers bring your buyers.
