28 Jackson Place Building

Tucked away on a quiet, one-way street in Park Slope you will find 28 Jackson Place. This legal two-family home (currently laid out as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath upper duplex with a separate garden level unit) offers the perfect live/work/play opportunity with the bonus of private off-street parking!

The upper duplex was renovated and reconfigured just a few years ago. As you enter, note the stained glass transom just above the threshold and then step into the living room with original wide-plank wood flooring and high ceilings. Follow the natural flow into the windowed dining area, and on to the renovated kitchen with a farmhouse sink, big windows, and door leading out to the large rear deck -- perfect for relaxing, listening to bird songs, and savoring your favorite beverage. An electric-powered retractable awning makes the outdoor space off of the kitchen useful year-round, rain or shine. A full windowed bathroom with glass shower, stackable washer/dryer, and under-stair storage finish out this floor. Upstairs, a skylight welcomes you to the sunny second floor. Two bedrooms with ample closet space bookend the third bedroom comfortably nestled in-between. Two updated en-suite windowed bathrooms are spacious and feature clawfoot tubs.

Utilize the garden level as a rental, guest suite, or as a natural extension from upstairs. There is a spacious lower living room with space for a dining area, and a rear bedroom that would also make a wonderful playroom, studio, or home office. There is another full-bath and stackable washer/dryer, and french doors lead straight out into the large back yard.
