378 6th Avenue 4-A

This beautiful bright apartment is located in the center of Park Slope, within a short walk to Prospect Park and steps away from the Sunday Park Slope Farmers Market located at The Old Stone House. This apartment offers lots of natural sunlight thanks to the two bay windows (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and a large frosted window in the bathroom for privacy and natural light. The apartment is located close to the 7th Avenue stop for the F and G train and close to the 9th Street stop for the R train. The owners have designed a custom built-in bookcase with storage units, an invisible drawer, a floating shelf and an integrated pull down projector screen. The bedroom was also retrofitted with a custom Ikea closet featuring two large sliding door panels, one with a full length floor to ceiling mirror. The kitchen offers lots of storage cabinets, a Miele dishwasher and a Wolf stove. Lastly, a private rooftop deck offering remarkable city views can be accessed through the building staircase. Please note there is a washer, but no dryer.
