424 Beach 136th Street Building

Welcome to 424 Beach 136th street, located in NYC's premier oceanfront community. Belle Harbor is the definition of peace, serenity and coastal living all right here within NYC. This handsome Tudor style home is located just two short blocks to the beach and one block from the bay where you have panoramic views from the Verrazano Bridge to the Empire State building. Tudor style homes are few and far between in Rockaway and were built by European trained architects. They offer old world charm and are rarely replicated by today's builders. Entering this home you will enjoy a sunken living room with white washed floors and a wood burning fireplace which truly says "I live on the beach". There is a formal dining room with brand new floors, a large kitchen with new appliances as well as a convenient half-bath and a laundry room. The huge eat-in kitchen leads to a very spacious backyard. You can also find a staircase leading to a newly renovated full finished basement that features a 3/4 bath, there is also a separate side entrance for easy access. The top floor has a gorgeous staircase that leads to three ample sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and a separate sitting area, it truly is a huge master bedroom. The bathroom is the original Tudor style and is in excellent shape, it adds a ton of charm to an already charming home. There is a shared driveway and a garage but for your convenience a car port was created in the front, so parking will not be an issue. There are also new windows throughout and the mechanicals are in great shape with updated electric, a new boiler and water heater to ease your mind. There truly is no place in NYC like this, if you work in Brooklyn or Manhattan coming home every day will be like coming home to a vacation.
