1117 E 43rd Street Building

More pictures to be done this week, house being cleaned and partially renovated 1st. Come to our first showing on Sunday 1/20! This is a great house.

Welcome to 1117 E 43rd Street, this legal two family is a rare find. Sitting on a corner lot, this solid brick home is ready for its new owners. Spanning over 2,500 square feet and featuring a top floor two bedroom and one bath apartment below that is the owners three bedroom one and a half bath duplex. The top floor does need some work as the owners planned on renovating the entire top floor but have decided to forego that and allow the owners to create their own home and priced the home with that in mind. The demo work has been done for you in the kitchen and the bathroom, all you need to do is pick your finishes, the rest of the apartment is in excellent condition and has been freshly painted. The lower duplex is in good condition and can be moved right in to as mentioned it features three large bedrooms a nice sized living room and multiple bathrooms. The home is very spacious, and the lower duplex has two front entrances one upstairs and one downstairs. The mechanicals are all in excellent shape and would not need any updating. The backyard is a good size and best of all it connects to a massive two car garage which has its entrance on Avenue J. This is really a great home, it will not be on the market very long. Delivered Vacant.
