Named after his grandfather, a respected Brooklyn broker who built his career from the late 1960s through the 1990s, Lou grew up immersed in the business. While studying at St. Francis College, Lou wasted no time in earning his real estate license, driven by a relentless work ethic and a natural ability to connect with people. Within just three years, he achieved his Associate Broker designation—an accomplishment that reflected his dedication, discipline, and deep understanding of the industry.

Over the course of his career, Lou has successfully overseen more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, a track record that underscores his ability to navigate complex deals and deliver results. His expertise spans Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and beyond, where he has consistently negotiated outcomes that protect and empower his clients.

A proven leader, Lou has spent nearly two decades shaping the careers of agents and guiding teams to success. As Executive Director of Sales at Fillmore Real Estate from 2006 to 2018, he managed four offices and mentored dozens of agents, cultivating a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence. In 2020, he co-founded the Belisario Cruz Team at Compass, closing over $500 million in transactions and earning recognition as the #1 Mega Team in Brooklyn by Real Trends.

Today, Lou is the co-founder and driving force behind Revived Residential, a boutique brokerage built on local expertise and modern innovation. His leadership, responsiveness, and negotiation skills set the standard for client service, while his vision continues to shape the future of the firm.
