1273 E 70th Street Building

WOW! Where do you even begin? This is hands down, not even close the largest legal two family home you may ever see. Spanning almost 3,500 internal square feet and sitting on an absolute monster 30x173 lot, you really would be hard pressed to find anything like this in Brooklyn. This is the first sale of this home since the original owners bought it, a home like this is something you hold on to for a very long time. This is an estate sale and this home needs a cosmetic updating but the way this home is laid out is truly something special. The owner can enjoy a three bedroom, two and half bath TRIPLEX all while having an income producing three bedroom and two bath duplex! If you don't need the triplex you can also rent that and live in the duplex. Which ever you choose the rental income produced by either unit will offset a huge portion of your mortgage payment. This building has a foot print of 22x57, the sun deck off of the kitchen in the triplex spans 22 feet long, the back yard that remains is still almost 100 feet long. There is a garage and a driveway, this home is being sold in as is condition and will be delivered vacant. This is one of the more special homes you will find available right now, an enormous owners apartment, a huge tenants apartment and a country like backyard right here in Brooklyn.
