2136 E 35th Street Building

Located on one of Marine Park's best and most convenient blocks is this turn-key three bedroom Tudor. The owners of this home have meticulously maintained its character and charm while also adding all of today's modern needs. The main floor consists of a nice entry way foyer, a large living room with an original brick fireplace, a great sized formal dining room and a brand new tastefully renovated eat in kitchen that leads to a nice back porch and secret garden and one car garage. The top floor consists of three generously proportioned bedrooms, a brand new full bath and a rarity in Marine Park an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom. There are plenty of closets through out this level as well. The basement is full finished and consists of a separate laundry room, living space and a 3/4 bath. The owners have also recently installed split A/Cs and the boiler is basically brand new. What I love about this home is the original detail and character that has been preserved for over 80 years, many homes have been stripped of this through the years and finding one as in-tact as this is a rarity and something to be appreciated. This is hands down one the best homes available on the market in Marine Park today. You will enjoy the convenience of the B3 on the corner which will take you to E 16th and Avenue U for the Q train. Marine Park is only a short two blocks away and the Salt Marsh Nature center is also a stones throw. There is a shared driveway and as mentioned above a one car garage in the back.
